Location

The whole building is looking tired and in need of refurbishing. And the breakfast room is to crowded and very noisy and chaotic

Great location near to multiple tube lines and Elizabeth line. Friendly attentive staff who were very helpful. Decent enough breakfast.

Room is a bit dated and could do with refreshing.

The service and staff were very good and the decor was very nice.

The indoor fire alarm went off twice waking us up and we weren't told to exit the building. The pillows in the room were not good to sleep on and my partner woke up with a rash all over her legs.

The staff were all really friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were amazing. The location was great. I would stay again as the staff were so nice

Room service was awful, they got an order wrong and tried to make me pay for the wrong order, the requests sometimes didn’t arrive. The decor is tired and was a little shabby in places in the hotel room
